Thanksgiving Fun -Taylorsville- Primary
It was fun celebrating Thanksgiving at our school! We traveled back in time, dressed up as pilgrims and sailed in the Mayflower across the ocean till we got to Plymouth…There, we met the Native Indians, who helped us adjust to our new life! We were so thankful that we decided to host a big feast and invite our Native Indian friends. For three days, we ate lots of food, played games, and danced! That was the very first Thanksgiving:). In the classroom, we painted with corn, made cranberry bread, pop corn and corn fritters, printed with cranberries, and much more…For three weeks, we worked hard on practicing our Thanksgiving songs, to sing to our families at the Thanksgiving party:). After we feasted on delicious food, we took home our Mayflower boats that we made out of clay and filled with candy:). Happy Thanksgiving:).
