Holidays and Bees -Primary- Taylorsville
At Immanuel, we know how to celebrate holidays! It’s been our school’s tradition to have us make candles and luminaries out of beeswax to take home for the holidays:). We learned that bees give us wax and honey and are great pollinators:). We also finger painted with honey and fixed ourselves delicious banana pops with honey and rice krispies! YUM! To celebrate Hanukkah, we patted shredded potatoes and fried them to make latkes:). They tasted so good with sour cream and apple sauce:).
