More Spring Fun -Sykesville-
We continue to enjoy our Spring activities! We created beautiful artwork by rolling wooden eggs in paint… For snack, we made bird nests with chow mein noodles, melted chocolate and chocolate eggs. We also made fruit pizzas with crackers, cream cheese, strawberries, and blueberries. YUM! Did you know that we are learning about Claude Monet?! He is a French artist who loved to paint water lilies and poppy fields:). We enjoyed matching Monet’s artwork, and creating our own waterlily art and poppy collage! Since we are learning about vertebrates and invertebrates, we got to paint humongous dinosaurs, and look at the x-rays of many vertebrates to find their back bones:).
