Summer Fun and Independence Day Celebration -Taylorsville-
Summer time is always fun at our school! We created beautiful art work with bikes and melted crayons, made candles and sculptured with plaster cloth to make maracas! We used Seltzer tablets, paint and film canisters to experiment with paint bombs:). We laughed so hard as paint burst out of the canisters to produce amazing art:). Did you know we have a solar oven at our school?! We fixed ourselves delicious cinnamon biscuits and cheese danish then baked them in the solar oven! To celebrate Independence Day, we made edible flags, non edible ones, and fireworks’ art… We also tie dyed patriotic shirts and enjoyed homemade hamburger sandwiches for a cookout:). YUM!
